Tenneco announced the availability of 18 new Monroe® Quick-Strut® part numbers, extending coverage of the company’s U.S.-assembled, premium replacement strut assemblies to more than 2.8 million additional North American passenger vehicles. Tenneco last month introduced 17 Monroe Quick-Strut part numbers offering combined coverage of approximately 1 million passenger vehicles. Many of the latest Quick-Strut units are the first strut assemblies available for their respective applications from a major manufacturer.

“As strut assemblies continue to gain popularity, we want to make sure professional technicians can choose the best technology and quality, combined with a comprehensive warranty, for each replacement opportunity,” said Mark Boyle, marketing director, North America Aftermarket, Tenneco. “Our U.S.-based engineering and manufacturing organizations will continue to expand our coverage and availability in this important category throughout 2017.”

Among the new premium Quick-Strut assemblies now available through Monroe distributors are rear units for 2007-2009 Toyota Camry SE models, and front assemblies for each of the following applications: 2010-2014 Toyota Prius 1.8L sedans; 2013-2015 Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse and GMC Acadia models; many 2006 and all 2007-2010 Kia Optima models; and 2002-2005 Kia Sedona sedans.
