Spectra Premium has announced the appointment of Nicolas Beugnot in the role of Senior Vice President, OEM Division, Corporate & Legal Affairs, Secretary.
As part of his new role, Beugnot will now be responsible for leading the operations of the OEM Division of Spectra Premium and will continue directing the legal and corporate affairs of the company.
“Nicolas has been involved for the past two years in most facets of the OEM Division and has extensive knowledge of its operations, so he is well suited to lead it as we enter a period of strong international growth, including as a result of the acquisition of TechROi Fuel Systems in Sweden,” said Jacques Mombleau, President and CEO of Spectra Premium. “I wish Nicolas the best in his new duties.”
Beugnot brings to this role eight years of service with Spectra Premium in his capacity as Vice-President, Legal Affairs. Prior to joining the Company, he was a partner in the Montreal office of a leading Canadian law firm. He obtained his Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at McGill University, and a Bachelor in Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Finance at the HEC Montréal.
