Typically, attendees have less than one year in the industry and represent a diverse range of job functions and companies. During the day-and-a-half program, participants will be exposed to key information about the aftermarket, its history, scope, market channels, customers and trends.

Specific subjects include:
• Industry Basics, Channels and Terminology
• History of the Aftermarket

• Networking Opportunities

The class, which will be held at Federal-Mogul headquarters in Southfield, MI, is open to all new employees in the automotive or heavy-duty aftermarket, in all market segments and job titles.
