Organize sockets and wrenches for quick, safe access

To make life in the shop easier, Snap-on has created an array of tool organization options that are key in maintaining a productive and safe work environment.
Technicians don’t have time to waste searching for tools when service bays are full and client appointments are back-to-back. To make life in the shop easier, Snap-on has created an array of tool organization options that are key in maintaining a productive and safe work environment. The latest innovation to hold sockets and wrenches in place for quick access are three new magnetic holders (38MSWHLDR, 14MSWHLDR and 12MSWHLDR) that attach directly to tool storage units. “Life in the shop is non-stop, so we understand techs need to be organized and prepared at all times for the next job,” says Roxanne Stowell, product manager at Snap-on. “These holders are the ideal add-on for techs with numerous sockets and wrenches to organize.” Manufactured with high-impact Nylon 66 plastic, the magnetic socket and wrench holders resist oil and grease to keep tools from slipping. All three models feature replaceable clips if lost or broken and are equipped with eight powerful magnets covered with protective foam to hold the rails in place on any ferrous metal surface.

“The rail body that affixes to a metal surface is made of strong and corrosion resistant aluminum, so it works in shops no matter the conditions or temperature. A ball detent on each socket holder makes the positioning firm with a tight hold to keep tools from sliding out of place,” says Stowell.

Available in 1/4-inch (14MSWHLDR), 3/8-inch (38MSWHLDR) and 1/2-inch (12MSWHLDR), these magnetic holders are designed for SAE and Metric sockets and wrenches.
