NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.), Inc. has announced its event sponsorship schedule for 2018. The schedule features a continuation of the NGK Spark Plugs F1 Powerboat Championship Series, as well as NGK’s sponsorship of the Charlotte Motor Speedway and zMAX Dragway. New this year are the title sponsorship of the NGK Spark Plugs 4 Wide Nationals and the sponsorship of multiple World of Outlaws races.

On April 12th, World of Outlaws announced a new partnership with NGK Spark Plugs for the next two years. NGK’s iconic rig will travel across the country to World of Outlaws at The Dirt Track in North Carolina, the Lernerville Speedway in Pennsylvania, the Eldora Speedway in Ohio and the Cedar Lake Speedway in Wisconsin.
“Bringing our rig and engaging with our customers at races is important toNGK sponsored racer, #65 Jordan Goldesberry competing at World of Outlaws us. Extending this presence to World of Outlaws is invaluable,” added Orlando.
Also new this year, is that the NGK Spark Plugs F1 Powerboat Championship Series will have an expanded presence for viewers and fans on the CBS Sports Network. The 2018 schedule features races in Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Ohio, with the finals being held in Orange, Texas on September 16th.
