Mitchell 1 announces the release of SureCriticTM Reviews 2.0, a set of new features in its SocialCRM offering that lets consumers easily share positive feedback about their aftermarket  shop visit with their social networks, while also simplifying the way repair shops receive and track the results. SocialCRM repair shop clients receive these new features automatically, and at no additional cost with their subscription.

“Businesses that allow sharing of their positive review content not only benefit from the positive word-of-mouth on sites such as Facebook and Twitter, but are also more relevant to Internet search engines, making it more likely that they will be found when a consumer is searching the Web for a repair shop. We are delighted to offer these new features, developed by our partner, SureCritic, Inc., to our repair shops as a free upgrade to automate the review sharing process,” said Brian Warfield, senior product manager for Mitchell 1.

Additional enhancements include the ability to configure the settings to the shop’s preference for their customers’ social sharing experience, tracking of customer social sharing activity and enhanced reporting of customer reviews, including summary data of positive reviews.

“The growing value of social signals as a cost effective marketing tool and component of search is irrefutable. With Mitchell 1’s enhanced social engagement functionality, repair shop owners and managers now have a new, effective tool to leverage the growing benefits of social media,” said David Brondstetter, CEO at SureCritic, Inc.

Consumer reviews created on most other review sites have little to no assurance that they are from actual customers, and provide no opportunity for a business to engage with the review content. “Because repair shops can neither manage nor interact with many of these unverified reviews on other sites, it’s difficult for them to manage their online reputation or use that content to market their business,” said Warfield. “User generated content is a valuable asset for businesses. With SocialCRM, we make sure our repair shops own their rating and review assets and can use them in their marketing and social media engagements.”

SureCritic provides reputation management and social media management services for small and medium businesses. Mitchell 1 has partnered with SureCritic to closely integrate its consumer review product into the SocialCRM offering to deliver a comprehensive and industry-leading digital marketing solution for the automotive aftermarket industry.
