DENSO Products and Services Americas, Inc., a division of leading global automotive supplier DENSO Corp., announces new Customer Service hotline hours of 5:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
DENSO Products and Services Americas, Inc., a division of leading global automotive supplier DENSO Corp., announces new Customer Service hotline hours of 5:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. DENSO extended the call center hours to improve telephone support for customers on the East Coast, as well as those nationwide. Representatives are available Monday through Friday at the same toll-free number: 1-877-675-5463.
“We are pleased to extend our Customer Service hotline hours so our East Coast customers can reach us when their workday begins,” said Fran Labun, vice president of the Aftermarket Sales and Customer Service Group for DENSO Products and Services Americas, Inc. “The longer hours are also available to our customers seeking order processing support from our Commercial and Heavy Duty division.” DENSO’s Customer Service representatives are at the ready to answer questions about the status of your orders. The dedicated call center is part of DENSO’s comprehensive customer and product support services. Office hours for DENSO Products and Services Americas remain unchanged (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT). Customer Service hours also remain unchanged for DENSO’s Technical Automotive and Navigation support (7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT), as well as DENSO’s MovinCool and Robotics divisions (7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT).
