Bartec USA, the North American leader in TPMS Diagnostic tools and solutions, announces the expansion of their range of Aftermarket Service Products.

Since 2004, Bartec USA has been the most recognizable name in the Tire Pressure Monitoring System Tool Space.  “Our TPMS Tools have been, and will continue to be, the preferred solution of more automotive service and retail tire companies,” noted Bartec C.E.O. Scot Holloway. “In fact just this year, to meet huge surges in demand for our tools, we’ve expanded our Manufacturing, Customer Support and Vehicle Validation teams.”

At this year’s SEMA and AAPEX shows, Bartec is announcing the Tech200Pro!  The first tool of its kind that has integrated TPMS Sensor testing and activation, with Tread Depth Measurement, and Tire Pressure Checking.  The Tech200Pro is a STAND ALONE device, that is the perfect solution to Test-Before-You-Touch challenges. The Tech200Pro comes with a wall mounted, inductive charger, quick connect air fitting, and operates without the need any other devices. According to Bartec’s Director of Sales Steven Long, “The Tech200Pro will definitely help the tire sales associate demonstrate a complete picture of their customer’s wheels and tires, which means a great opportunity to create more safety, and in the end sell more tires!”

According to Bartec, the Tech200Pro has full TPMS Sensor Capability which allows the user to test sensor function, status, fitment, and pressure.  Tread Depth measuring is very accurate at ±.1mm, and can measure tread up to 22mm [almost 7/8”].  What is unique about the Tech200Pro is that the menu prompts the user to measure tread in three places, thereby showing a “profile” as well as the remaining tread.  The Tech200Pro also has a detachable “air hose/chuck” to measure “stick” pressure in the event the vehicle does not have TPMS, the TPMS sensor is not functioning, or the TPMS is an INDIRECT type.  Of course once the data for the entire vehicle is collected, the Tech200Pro then sends the information via wireless Bluetooth to your PC or work station.
