The Automotive Management Institute (AMI) will offer a two-part webinar focusing on customer acquisition and retention strategies.

The Automotive Management Institute (AMI) will offer a two-part webinar focusing on customer acquisition and retention strategies on Nov. 12 and Nov. 14 at 2 p.m. (CST). Bill Haas who has 40 years of industry experience and is a champion for the success of automotive service and repair professionals will present both sessions. Haas is a frequent speaker at industry events and eagerly shares his unique perspectives and in-depth industry knowledge through education and coaching sessions and consulting services.

The webinar, Customer Acquisition and Retention Strategies, is approved for four credits toward the Institute’s Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) designation and is part of AMI’s Monthly Webinar Series. Registration for the webinar is $125 before Nov. 5 and includes two 60-minute sessions, handouts and Q&A sessions.

The webinar will focus on customers as the most vital, essential element to business success and continuation. Discussion topics will include:

• Why are you looking for new customers?

• What are new customers looking for?

• Where are you looking for new customers?

• Why will they choose your business?

• Meeting customer expectations

• Developing retention strategies that work!
