The exclusive Tenneco Expert Plus® customer loyalty program, now in its 17th year, includes more incentives and marketing tools than ever, designed to help automotive service businesses increase their share of the undercar service market.

Available now, the 2015 Expert Plus kit gives members an exciting new Monroe® OESpectrum® counter stool, a valuable “Preferred Consumer” rebate book, a full year of consumer and trade promotions, enhanced eLearning opportunities and much more.

“This year’s Expert Plus program is a comprehensive tool kit that has the potential to help our trade partners grow their ride and emissions control businesses,” said Sheryl Bomia, North America Aftermarket programs manager, Tenneco. “From rebate programs and offers to sales-producing promotions to a full kit of point-of-sale materials, this Expert Plus kit offers service dealers an entire marketing support package.”

The 2015 Expert Plus membership package benefits shops that rely on leading brands like Monroe® shocks and struts, Walker® emissions control and Monroe Brakes®. This year’s package features an all-new Monroe OESpectrum counter stool.

Giving service professionals exclusive access to coupons that extend a promotional offer outside of the standard program periods, the Expert Plus “Preferred Consumer” rebate book features a combination of 10 special coupons for Monroe ride control and Walker emissions control products.

Expert Plus membership includes participation in Tenneco’s sales-building consumer promotions and exclusive trade reward offers. Each member shop also has access to a larger range of ride control, emissions control and brakes technical eLearning opportunities.  

The kit features an entire package of merchandising and point-of-sales materials, including an educational Monroe Flip Book that helps counter professionals and technicians explain ride control products and repairs to customers, a laminated wall poster, counter mat, mouse pad, business card holder, thermometer and technician gloves.
