(NYSE: AAP), today launched a contest for commercial garages and repair shops that will award one grand prize winner up to $10,000 in new technology equipment and services to provide a shop technology makeover. Shops interested in entering the contest can submit their entry – a written response in 300 words or less detailing how you see technology improving your business and why your shop could benefit from a technology makeover – through July 31. Exact prize components will be determined following an assessment by our sponsor of your existing shop technology. The grand prize winner will also receive a yearlong subscription to the technology services provided by MOTOSHOPSM including MotoSHOP Shop Management SystemSM, MotoREV Shop MarketingSM, MotoLOGIC® Repair & Diagnostics and MotoSKILL® Shop Tech Training.
This is MOTOSHOP’s second shop technology contest. In 2014, Dave’s Pro Auto in Williamsport, Pa., received the grand prize technology makeover after entering the contest.
