The Car Care Council has now made it easier for the auto care industry to connect with consumers and get involved in the “Be Car Care Aware” campaign with the launch of its new monthly email newsletter, the Car Care Council e-brief.

The Car Care Council e-brief will report on consumer education initiatives and news, as well as provide ready-to-use articles and timely and topical content for repair shops and part stores to use in their marketing, websites and social media.

“We know that frequent communication is key to retaining customers and to attracting new ones,” said Rich White, executive director, Car Care Council. “And the key to communication is content. Content is king.”

Subscribe to the inaugural Car Care Council e-brief online. Topics include the newly-redesigned Car Care Guide, preparing for Fall Car Care Month, information on hosting a vehicle inspection event, participating in the consumer facing #MaintenanceMondays campaign and more.
