Gabriel (Ride Control, LLC), the originator of the world’s first automotive shock absorber in 1907, announces the Gabriel Answerman Advantage loyalty program to service professionals launching in early 2015.

Gabriel® (Ride Control, LLC), the originator of the world’s first automotive shock absorber in 1907, announces the Gabriel Answerman Advantage loyalty program to service professionals launching in early 2015.

The Gabriel Answerman Advantage program will be available to technicians and shops in the U.S. and will include POS materials, Gabriel promotions, rewards, and business tools.

“Gabriel is eager to offer its comprehensive Answerman Advantage loyalty program to service professionals and is targeting an early 2015 launch date,” says Gerry Stea, senior director of sales and marketing for Gabriel. “We’re calling it ‘Answerman Advantage’ because the program will include information and answers on the benefits of new shocks and struts, and with each Gabriel sale, the technician has the advantage of earning points toward rewards.”

Included in the program will be a series of Gabriel branded POP and POS materials for service professionals to use in the front and garage areas of their shops as well as educational selling tools to help make the sale.

Installers will be able to earn points on each sale of Gabriel shocks and redeem these points for rewards.

Gabriel promotions will be part of the program as well as a technical support for service professionals at the toll-free Gabriel Answerman line. In addition, shops will receive a “where to service your car” locator listing on Gabriel’s website.

More information will be made available in early 2015. Technicians are encouraged to watch the Gabriel web site for more information on the program.
