The Automotive Parts Service Group (The Group) has moved its membership conference to November to be held in conjunction with the AAPEX Show and the AWDA Business Conference in Las Vegas.
The change in venue provides members with the opportunity to learn the latest updates on Right to Repair, share ways to engage local and grassroots supporters for this essential initiative, and benefit the industry through the active advocacy of the Group membership.
"This is an important time for our industry to come together to advance its strength and opportunity," said Larry Pavey, CEO of The Group. "Since the Group has nearly 100 percent attendance at the annual membership conference, we that holding it in conjunction with AAPEX and the AWDA Conference would generate added support for the advancement of Right to Repair. Our members are committed to doing everything possible to advance this critical initiative, so having them attend AAPEX and AWDA events will be beneficial to all involved."
Those planning to attend the Group conference are encouraged to mark their calendars for November 2-6. The event will run concurrently wih the AWDA Conference and AAPEX, providing the opportunity for one-on-one sessions and show floor visits between members of the Group and supplier partners. Also on the agenda are multiple receptions, an awards luncheon, breakout sessions, and seminars for each banner-marketing brand.
