Collision Repair Education Foundation Director of Development Brandon Eckenrode noted, “As automotive and industry members from around the country will be gathering in our hometown of Chicago this July, we would like to ask for their support in helping us reach our goal of raising $100,000 that will be distributed to inner-city Chicago high school and college collision school programs. This is our opportunity to showcase the industry’s generosity when we come together this summer and allow Chicago students see that the industry cares about their technical education and future.”
“As the largest trade show focused on high-end technical training and product discovery for the automotive collision and service repair shops, we are extremely excited to be working with the Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF). We are honored to have a role in promoting the great work of CREF,” commented show director, Bridget Ferris. “Supporting our industry is the fundamental element on which NACE Automechanika Chicago was developed and it is our hope that others will join us in assisting with programs created to develop these future automotive professionals.”
