Town & Campus (T&C) is a volunteer organization dedicated to connecting our area communities with Northwood University’s campus, students, people and events. The concept for this gala came out of interest and ingenuity of T&C women networking to create a fun new event for Northwood’s friends, alumni and community partners to enjoy. This fundraiser offers guests a night filled with dinner, dessert, dancing and live auctioning, all in one venue. Live auction items include: blue sapphire jewelry; Detroit Grand Prix VIP tickets; Detroit London Chop House and Atheneum Suites package; a private group dinner and tour experience in Joe Louis Arena, home of the Detroit Red Wings; and more. All net proceeds benefit the T&C Endowed Scholarship Fund.

Erin Mazurek, Northwood alumna and director of private event sales for Olympia Entertainment and the Detroit Red Wings, comments, “I'm excited to return to the Midland area to co-chair this fabulous celebration for Northwood University! The Town & Campus group has always led great philanthropic efforts both in the community and through their scholarship fundraising for Northwood. This pairing of our Northwood University alumni and community stakeholders with Town & Campus will surely be a successful partnership resulting in a great evening, memorable event and increased funds for student scholarships.”

This year’s Gold sponsors are The Dow Chemical Company and Jenkins Custom Jewelers. Guests are encouraged to support the “Rhythm N’ Blues” theme and Northwood University by wearing or accessorizing in blue. Tickets may be purchased in advance to ensure availability.
