Gokhan Kuru, president, Deeza Chassis Parts, announced that the construction which began mid- year of 2010 was completed 3 months ahead of the planned completion date without any issues. Production in the new facility began August 1. Although estimated plant costs were $6 million, production ran over about $1.4 million, with the new plant’s total cost reaching $7.4 million. The new plant has been constructed 100 percent environmentally safe and it treats all the waste it produces. The plant has two back-up generator systems that are capable of running the plant in full capacity. The production processes in the new facility has already been audited and approved by TUV NORD and ISO9001, of which both certificates have been issued. Production capacity immediately doubled to 8,000,000 chassis parts per year.
