The announcement was made by Daniel Schildge, CRP President/CEO, who notes, “This ISO 9001:2008 certification gives our customers an independent measure of the reliability of our quality systems and procedures at all of our facilities, and lets them know that we are committed to consistent process improvement and continued performance excellence.”
The certificate, which was awarded by TUV Rhineland of North America, Inc. (Boxborough, MA) applies to CRP Industries’ “Distribution of Automotive Replacement Parts, High-Speed Motors for the Woodworking Industry, and Industrial Hoses.”
Schildge also notes, “In today’s competitive marketplace, it is vital to fulfill customers’ needs, not only by producing high-quality products and services, but also by demonstrating the quality systems and process in place that will ensure the consistency of those products and services. The certification we’ve received reflects the enormous commitment and the effort put forth by all the members of our team."
