ADVICS Eldard appointed to CAWA board

Chair of the CAWA Board of Director’s, Steve Sharp of WORLDPAC,  appointed Michael Eldard of ADVICS to the Association’s 2012  Manufacturers Advisory Council. Eldard was most recently appointed as the Western Region Account Manager of ADVICS and immediately prior to that he was a District Manager for 10 years with the Akebono Corporation. He started in the industry as a counterman and eventually became store manager before he entered the manufacturing segment of the industry with Cooper Industries in the Moog Division.

CAWA is a regional automotive aftermarket trade association, which represents auto parts jobbers, warehouse distributors, retailers, manufacturers and manufacturer representatives in California, Nevada and Arizona. The Association provides education, legislative, regulatory and business support to the industry and its membership. It is one of the largest trade associations of its kind in the United States and recognized as a leader in the automotive aftermarket industry.
