The global manufacturer of a sophisticated soft-close vehicle door device, SLAMSTOP, will begin its search for the most qualified professional automotive shops, body shops and car stereo installers in the U.S. to carry the SLAMSTOP device.

The partnership will include quality, on-site training by a SLAMSTOP representative sent from headquarters and also include a business listing as a certified installer location on SLAMSTOP.com – allowing the shop owners and its employees to receive direct contact from SLAMSTOP customers to satisfy orders and installations.

SLAMSTOP is a soft-close car door device installed inside the door panel. The device uses a unique sensor that automatically monitors when a vehicle’s door reaches a specific distance from the car frame. As soon as the space is detected, a sensor is triggered and transfers the information to the SLAMSTOP operating system to secure the door shut the remainder of the way.

SLAMSTOP’s Southern California warehouse and installation training center, set to open in early 2015, is seeking automotive customizing experts that have extensive experience and knowledge about vehicle customizations and are attracted to in-car technology and mechanisms. Certified installers will be required and able to install the device on a wide variety of vehicles including, but not limited to, street rods, classic cars, fleet vehicles, limousines, exotic, luxury and performance cars, trucks and SUVs.

“With this opportunity, we want to extend the partnership to as many shops as possible. We hope to start in Southern California and eventually build a larger, national network,” said Dmitry Iurgens, Chief Financial Officer of SLAMSTOP. “Once you learn how to install the device, the process only gets easier and faster. It provides safety with added luxury to any car, regardless of make or model.”
