Mighty promotes four employees to key leadership roles

Ken Voelker, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mighty Distributing System of America (MDSA), dba Mighty Auto Parts, announced the promotion of four employees to key leadership roles.

NORCROSS, Ga./PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Ken Voelker, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mighty Distributing System of America (MDSA), dba Mighty Auto Parts, a Gonher company, announced the promotion of four employees to key leadership roles.

Brad Bradshaw promoted to EVP and Chief Operating Officer. Bradshaw, who most recently was EVP of Marketing and Product Management has been with Mighty for more than 20 years. Under Bradshaw's leadership, Mighty's programs have expanded to capitalize on evolving market opportunities. In his new role, Bradshaw will continue to oversee Mighty's business operations in Marketing, Product Information, Product Management, and Mighty's distribution center located in Jackson, Tennessee.

Josh D'Agostino promoted to EVP and Chief Development Officer. D'Agostino, who started at Mighty almost three years ago as VP of Business Development, has extensive experience implementing highly successful strategies that drive growth. In his elevated role, D'Agostino will oversee Mighty franchise development, franchise operations, sales strategies, and competitive acquisitions.

Mike Hudgins promoted to Vice President of Sales. Hudgins, a veteran of Mighty for 30 years, has been instrumental in developing Mighty's sales programs over the last three decades. Before joining Mighty's Home Office, Mike worked in a Mighty franchise, starting at the warehouse, progressing to service rep, then salesperson. His experience brings extensive hands-on knowledge of our field sales team.

Keith Healy promoted to Vice President of Product Management. Healy's career with Mighty began in 2003 with responsibilities in Product Management and Training. In his new role, Healy will take overall responsibility of managing Mighty product programs, which includes product life-cycle, supplier relationships, quality control, and maintaining brand integrity.
