Highline Aftermarket to acquire Levin's Auto Supply

Highline Aftermarket has entered into an agreement to purchase the assets of Levin's Auto Supply LLC headquartered in Sacramento, Calif.

Highline Aftermarket has entered into an agreement to purchase the assets of Levin's Auto Supply LLC headquartered in Sacramento, Calif. Levin's is a leading supplier of automotive aftermarket products to retailers and automotive parts stores, serving customers along the west coast for more than 90 years.

"Levin's has a proven, long-term track record of exceptional customer service and forms a natural fit with Highline," said Darcy Curran, CEO of Highline Aftermarket. "When combined with our existing footprint and capabilities, Levin's extends Highline's ability to effectively serve customers nationwide. Hart Marx Advisors was engaged by Highline to facilitate the transaction.

Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Memphis, Tenn., Highline is a leading national distributor of consumable products serving multiple channels across the automotive aftermarket. With more than 500 employees and 16 facilities, Highline serves as a link between manufacturers and customers, offering a robust portfolio of national brands, original equipment replacement parts, private label goods, and in-house chemical blending and packaging capabilities. Highline Aftermarket is a portfolio company of The Sterling Group and was formed through the simultaneous acquisitions of DYK Automotive and Automotive Aftermarket Holdings Corporation in April 2016.
