FinishMaster Inc., a leading distributor of paint and related products in the United States and subsidiary of Uni-Select Inc., announced April 4 it has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the operating assets of Annex Group Inc. and related entities. This acquisition significantly expands FinishMaster’s footprint in the state of Washington and across three major metropolitan markets in California.
Founded in 1983 with the simple philosophy to win as a team, Annex specializes in the automotive, commercial fleet, marine, architectural and the industrial segments. Offering a comprehensive set of tools including business development, regulatory assistance, and technical support, the Annex team provides service and support across nine locations in the Seattle, Everett and Tacoma markets in the state of Washington and the Los Angeles/Orange County, San Diego, and San Francisco, Calif., metropolitan markets.
