BBB Industries has acquired substantially all of the assets of King Kalipers Inc. of Peabody, Mass.
The transaction transfers all of King Kalipers’ production and operation assets, intellectual property, inventory and brands to BBB Industries.

Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Peabody, Mass., King Kalipers is a leading remanufacturer of automotive brake calipers for the aftermarket, with a primary presence in the Northeast United States.
BBB Industries was advised by XMS Capital Partners while Lewis Rice acted as legal counsel.
