Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance has new member in Cleveland area

Dec. 5, 2016
Parts Pro Automotive Warehouse has become a member of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, effective December 1, 2016.

Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper announced that Parts Pro Automotive Warehouse has become a member of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, effective December 1, 2016. Parts Pro, led by Owner and President Michael McPhee, joins the Alliance as a full shareholder under the Bumper to Bumper banner.

Parts Pro was founded in 1982 in Wickliffe, Ohio by Michael and Laura McPhee. Since that time, the company has grown from modest beginnings as a wagon jobber to a full-line distributor of automotive parts and accessories. The company operates out of eight locations with three warehouses, over 150 employees and over 100 delivery vehicles running daily, including Saturdays.

According to McPhee, over the 30 years they have been in business, they have come to realize that customer service is more important than parts or even pricing. “Parts at a fair price are available from many sources, consistent customer service is not,” sasid McPhee regarding his decision to join the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance. “Parts Pro realizes that a great price is only great if shops have the part in their inventory when they need it.”

"We are very proud to have Parts Pro as our newest Bumper to Bumper affiliate," said John R. Washbish, President and CEO of the Alliance. “They are a solid company, with an established track record of outstanding customer service. We were excited to find Parts Pro already embodies the spirit of our mantra ‘Service is the Difference.’ Their organization is dedicated to putting the customer first with sophisticated delivery techniques. They are a great fit for the Alliance.”

“We are very excited to join the Alliance,” said McPhee. “When we went looking to join a new group, we knew we needed help and support in the areas of information technology solutions and national account relationships. We found that in abundance at the Alliance. And their Certified Service Center program is better than any shop program in the market. We are ready to get rolling as Bumper to Bumper member in the Cleveland area."
