Arnott® Air Suspension Products announced the opening of a European Union branch office and distribution center.

The EU facility, located in the Netherlands, provides local sales and support, faster shipping, payment in local currencies, and an easier way for the growing legion of European customers to return and sell air suspension cores to Arnott, the company said.

Arnott, with worldwide headquarters in Florida, makes air suspension replacement products for many European, Japanese and American cars, trucks and SUVs.

"Opening the European Union facility is the logical result of Arnott's significant and growing worldwide product popularity," said Arnott's Todd Nash, Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. "One of the key aspects of what we like to call 'The Arnott Advantage' is a culture of product quality and intense commitment to customer satisfaction, including accurate order fulfillment and prompt shipping. Having dedicated Arnott employees in the European Union as opposed to simply serving the European Union truly makes 'The Arnott Advantage' a worldwide reality."

Arnott Europe provides sales and support for all of Europe from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CET. Local phone numbers are available for the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and the UK. Benefits to EU customers and distributors include:

• Reduced Shipping Costs and Transit Times - Shipping cost is reduced by as much as 80% and same-day service is available for in-stock orders placed by 2:00 PM CET.

• Eliminated Duties and Taxes - Duties and customs fees are included. VAT charges are eliminated for VAT-registered companies.

• Euro & Local Currencies Accepted - Arnott Europe accepts direct bank transfer payments in Euros and charges no foreign transaction or bank fees.
