Fisher Auto Parts, headquartered in Staunton, Va., has acquired the 13 Ridge & Kramer stores plus its warehouse headquartered in Benton Harbor, Mich., it was announced today in a joint statement by Chris Neuser, CEO of Ridge & Kramer and Bo Fisher, CEO of Fisher Auto Parts.

Ridge & Kramer Auto Parts was founded in 1934 by Reinhold Neuser and carried on by Donald Neuser, Chris Neuser’s father.

Founded in 1929 by Blair Coiner, Bo Fisher’s grandfather, Fisher Auto Parts has over 3,300 employees in 18 states with approximately 400 company owned locations plus significant independentjobber business. The company recently completed a major expansion of their distribution capabilities in Staunton, Va. increasing total space to over 750,000 sq.ft. to support future growth plans.
