Pronto adds new member

Pronto has added Afco Sales, Inc. dba Supreme Automotive Warehouse to the Pronto Group effective June 1, 2012.

National Pronto Association is pleased to announce the addition of Afco Sales, Inc. dba Supreme Automotive Warehouse to the Pronto Group effective June 1, 2012. Supreme Automotive Warehouse was established in April of 1992, in Salt Lake City, Utah, by Steve Affleck. Supreme Automotive was started as an “exhaust only” vendor, primarily to muffler shops in the Utah and Idaho area.  Supreme now has warehouses is Salt Lake City and Las Vegas.

This year Supreme celebrates 20 years of service to its customers. The product lines offered by Supreme now represent an expanded offering of undercar parts as well as exhaust. Steve’s son, Bill, joined the company in 1993 and was appointed President of AFCO Sales Inc. (dba Supreme Automotive Warehouse) in December of 2010. Bill is a “hands on” manager that realizes the importance of personal relationships with customers and vendors.

The founders of the company, Steve and Karin Affleck, are taking a leave of absence from the business for an 18 month service mission for the LDS Church, Aug. 27. Steve says “this is not retirement…just a sabbatical. We thank all of our loyal customers and express appreciation to all of the vendors that have supported us through the years. We look forward to our new relationship with Pronto.”
