“Since Casey first joined FMI Automotive, he has demonstrated a real commitment to supplying our valued aftermarket customers with premium quality auto parts and it is my privilege to name him as president of our growing organization,” said Wall. “His success in enhancing our factory supply chain and creating operational improvements within our factory have resulted in tremendous growth over the past several years. We look forward to Casey continuing to lead our team as we further expand FMI Automotive.”

Lee began his career at FMI Automotive in 2005 when he was hired to manage quality control and supply chain management. He successfully worked with the company’s manufacturing facility to streamline operations and improve the processes used to manufacture water pumps, increasing the quality rating by independent auditors from 96 to a perfect score of 100. Lee was promoted to vice president of operations in 2007 where he enhanced the company’s distribution system, achieving excellence in both accuracy and order fill.

Lee began his automotive career at ZUA Auto Parts, a joint venture between Hitachi Unisia and ZF Friedrichshafen, where he worked with the manufacturing team to produce power steering pumps and rack and pinion steering gears for domestic and import vehicle applications. He also managed ZF’s move to a new manufacturing plant in Ohio in 2004.

“My passion for the aftermarket drives me to seek continuous improvement in every aspect of our organization,” said Lee. “Other companies may supply similar products, but it is my goal for FMI Automotive to stand out as the best. Our primary goal is to partner with our customers to supply top quality parts, provide outstanding service and work with them to grow their business in our product category. This is our core mission and what we strive for each and every day.”
