While telematics offers many potential benefits to drivers and technicians, there also is a dark side to telematics that opens it up to hacking. That vulnerability could grow, according to Mahbubul Alam of Movimento Group, who explained how a vehicle could be susceptible to hacking during a presentation at NACE 2016.
