Epicor to offer free technology consultations, daily drawings at AAPEX

Sept. 24, 2015
Epicor Software Corporation will offer free business technology consultations to automotive aftermarket parts distributors and jobbers in conjunction with the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX), November 2-5, 2015, in Las Vegas.

Epicor Software Corporation will offer free business technology consultations to automotive aftermarket parts distributors and jobbers in conjunction with the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX), November 2-5, 2015, in Las Vegas.

Qualifying business representatives who participate in these technology meetings will earn free entries into daily drawings for Apple Watch Sport watches. The promotion also is open to distributors and jobbers who will not be attending the show.

“We encounter business owners every day who recognize that their technologies are no longer sufficient to achieve the growth, efficiency and profitability they desire, and yet haven’t taken that critical first step in identifying their needs,” said Scott Thompson, vice president, automotive, analytics and content, Epicor Americas. “This promotion encourages them to take that first step through a no-obligation discussion of modern technologies that are now being used by many of their peers.”

Aftermarket business owners who register for a free technology discussion and complete that meeting, either before or during the AAPEX show, will receive two free entries into one of three daily drawings for Apple Watch Sport watches. Registration for meetings at the AAPEX booth 2238 can be completed online at www.epicor.com/AAPEX. AAPEX attendees who do not pre-register, but participate in a technology consultation at the Epicor AAPEX booth will receive one free entry into one of the daily drawings. Those not planning to attend AAPEX can participate in the promotion by setting up a telephone consultation prior to the show. Rules and restrictions apply; visit www.epicor.com/aapex-offical-rules.aspx for details.

Replacing outdated technology can improve overall business efficiency and profitability through increased automation, enhanced inventory accuracy and reduced operational expense. A recent survey of Epicor customers revealed that a parts wholesaler investing in a new business management solution can expect to realize a 10-percent increase in sales, on average. Nearly nine-in-10 survey participants indicated that new software can also increase customer loyalty, while 77.2 percent reported being better able to retain their best employees by providing them with modern tools.

“I think most business owners understand that technology can enable a variety of very positive changes in their competitive position, but it’s very easy to put off that decision from one month or one year to the next,” Thompson said. “New customers consistently tell us that they wish they had made their investment much earlier based on the positive outcome. We’re using this promotion to reinforce the message that it is indeed time to take a hard look at the systems you’re relying on in this very competitive industry.”

To sign up for a free technology consultation at Epicor booth 2238 during AAPEX, visit www.epicor.com/AAPEX. To arrange for a telephone consultation prior to AAPEX, call (888) 463-4700 or email [email protected].
