One Network Enterprises announced that Dana Commercial Vehicle Driveline Technologies achieved  supply chain efficiencies by implementing One Network’s Real Time Value Network across all of its supply chain functions.

One Network Enterprises (www.onenetwork.com), a global provider of secure, multi-party, SaaS and PaaS cloud networks, annound that Dana Commercial Vehicle Driveline Technologies has achieved significant supply chain efficiencies by implementing One Network’s Real Time Value Network™ across all of its supply chain functions.

With daily visibility into accurate demand and inventory levels, and real-time collaboration with suppliers through One Network, Dana is able to service its global customer base with much greater efficiency.

“The actual results for inventory reduction that we have realized is double the goal that we initially set out to achieve and we identified specific products where inventory reduction could be reduced by 40 percent or more,” said Doug Lair, global director of material and logistics, Dana Commercial Vehicle Driveline Technologies. “One Network has demonstrated an ability to quickly adapt their services to meet our company’s needs. Their network has proven to be highly flexible and enables us to quickly adjust to changes in customer demand flexibilities in markets on a regular basis, typically within a single business day versus what used to take weeks.”

One Network’s technology is based on a multi-party, multi-tier visibility, and collaboration. Leveraging One Network, Dana is able to manage the inbound supply for its commercial vehicle operations and also manage its intercontinental freight operations using One Networks’ Intelligent Logistics and Transportation Management Solution. In addition, Dana now has quick access to inventory data at third-party warehouse facilities, which was not previously possible.   Along with the inventory reductions, Dana has also realized a drop in shortages and expediting costs by having the right inventory, at the right place, at the right time.

“Dana is a global leader in the automotive market and we are honored to partner with them. By leveraging the Real Time Value Network, they are truly a global leader in the digital supply chain revolution,” said Greg Brady, CEO of One Network. “We are bringing the Real Time Value Network to the automotive industry. With 20 percent of the world’s largest automotive OEM giants and automotive suppliers already utilizing One Network, we continually optimize multi-party execution for some of the world’s most impressive brands, so they can streamline operations and improve ROI. One Network’s real-time visibility across enterprises, powerful supply chain modules, global supply-demand matching, and real time multi-party collaboration capabilities, have helped Dana to set new standards in global efficiency, collaboration and service.”

Unlike other solutions, One Network enables manufacturers, suppliers and freight carriers to work on a single solution thus eliminating latency, eliminating silos and enabling live collaboration to resolve issues. One Network’s solution includes smart agents that continuously optimize decisions on an event by event basis considering supply chain and logistics constraints simultaneously across all parties to maximize on-time delivery while minimizing costs. These real-time multi-party, multi-tier visibility, optimization and collaboration capabilities were key to making Dana successful.
