SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – BASF Automotive Refinish Solutions’ training department has received National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation/Continuing Automotive Service Education (NATEF/CASE) recertification. “Achieving NATEF/CASE recertification is a tangible added value to our BASF training offerings,” says William Jay Johnston, manager of BASF Business Training and Development in North America. “The recertification proves that the BASF training and program development processes are very solid, and that our information transfer methodology is intact.” NATEF/CASE recertification allows BASF to deliver training curriculum that meet the competency levels its customers require throughout North America. “The collision industry is continually evolving. At BASF we are keenly aware of the need to keep our personnel and winning customers informed of the latest industry advances to attain and exceed business goals,” says Johnston.
