The Paint, Body & Equipment Specialists (PBES), a segment of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA), is hosting a complimentary webinar on Nov. 19, 2013 at 1 p.m. EST on how to create legendary customer service that builds repeat and referral customers. The webinar will be presented by John Martin, president, Eagle TD.
Traditional customer service is no longer good enough. Martin will capitalize on research that shows how customers choose to do business with companies that provide best-in-class customer service. Take control of customer service by identifying the crucial "touch points" your customers look for when deciding to make a purchase.
Attendees will learn:
•    How to make a difference with customer service;
•    How to build customers for life; and
•    How building loyalty provides real competitive advantage.
Martin has more than 40 years of experience in the automotive refinish coatings industry. His experience includes: PBE sales, refinish technical training, business development, distribution management, and curriculum development and design. He received his BS in human resource management and MS in organizational leadership degrees from Geneva College. In 2012, Martin retired from PPG Industries and founded Eagle TD (Training and Development) to fulfill his passion of working with organizations to maximize human performance in the workplace.
