Bush currently manages USAA’s aftermarket parts program, previously managed the USAA Streamlined Appraisal and Repair Service (STARS®) and physical damage field re-inspection programs, and is a point of contact for USAA’s physical damage repair and parts programs. He is trained as a Tier One Business Project Manager and is USAA’s subject matter expert in for USAA on their Quality Replacement Parts program, diminution in value, STARS®, the auto claims physical damage appraiser re-inspection programs, USAA claims systems, insurance estimating platforms, and total loss procedures. He also serves as an advisor and subject matter expert for USAA’s auto claims regulatory compliance in the United States, U.S. Territories, and overseas locations.
Both Enlow and Bush are from San Antonio and are avid musicians.
