Body Shop Nation offers network of independent body shop owners

Body Shop Nation, Inc. is releasing the first ever community-based program for collision repair shops.

Body Shop Nation, Inc., a Scottsdale-based company, is releasing the first ever community-based program for collision repair shops.  The system includes the only stand-a-lone customer relation management system that will allow collision shops to directly communicate with customers that haven’t walked through the door yet.

The one and only passion Body Shop Nation has is helping collision shops acquire new customers and service them.  “We provide the collision industry the only plug-and-play service, email and marketing system available. We understand body shop owners don’t have time to learn new systems and marketing is an overwhelming job for any business,” Don Miller, CEO of Body Shop Nation, Inc., said.

Diane and Don Miller worked within the insurance industry, marketing and body shop management.  Watching industry changes they saw one problem that had to be solved – save the Independent Body Shops across the US.

Most shops struggle because they are constantly spending time and money on trying to find the next accident. This does not create any loyalty between a customer and a shop and there is no way to directly communicate with them once they are gone. Currently, 88% of body shops rely on world of mouth referrals to stay in business (2013 industry profit report bodyshopbusiness.com).

Body shops need to focus on building a relationship with their customers.

Some shops are using SEO and PPC campaigns but the results are spotty.  Body Shop Nation uses their own community, the Internet and social media to help a shop get results. Around 87% of consumers are on social media sites and body shops currently underutilize this tool. With social media, you can target whom you want to reach, look for interaction, and give value to your audience.

Today, body shops have to attract the customer’s attention and they can do that by engaging with them on social media, becoming involved in the community, and building a relationship – all before a wreck happens. Approximately 46% of online users count on social media when making a purchase decision.

Body Shop Nation’s system lets the shop create a customer list as well as have the ability to update the repair status of customers who are in the shop. Shops can send individual emails or a single email to everyone to cultivate relationships. The system is simple: communicate with the customers in the way they want you to communicate with them.  BSN helps collision shops leverage local networks using proprietary systems and strategies to build brand community awareness and maximize profits.

Body Shop Nation is not just a system for body shops, we also provide the consumer with a directory containing shops in the area with shop profiles. “We believe in supporting our local businesses because they give back to the community,” Miller said.

With the BSN system and the alliance partners we create within your community, you can increase every aspect of your shop – from visibility to revenue – in a few, very easy to implement steps all on an affordable monthly plan.
