CCC ONE UpdatePlus now comes equipped with the ability to schedule customer appointments within the CCC ONE® software platform, send automated email or text appointment confirmations to customers, and send automatic reminders on the day of the appointment. With integrated appointment setting and auto-reminders, repairers can present a modern, efficient scheduling process to customers, while helping drive estimator efficiency.
