BASF refinish customers A-1 Toyota and Balise Collision were both recently named as 2018 Shops of the Year by Toyota Certified Collision Centers (TCCC).
A-1 Toyota, a Glasurit customer based in New Haven, Conn., is a two-time winner of the award, having also won in 2016. Balise Collision Repair, an R-M customer with five collision centers servicing Springfield, Mass. and Warwick, Rhode Island, received the award for a second year in a row. Both shops were recognized for a long list of achievements that met the rigorous criteria for the annual award. “BASF prides itself on partnering with market-leading collision centers like A-1 Toyota and Balise Collision,” said Jeff Wildman, Manager of OEM and Industry Relations for BASF Automotive Refinish, “It takes leadership, teamwork and a dedication to repairing vehicles to Toyota standards to achieve this level of excellence in customer service, quality and productivity.”
