Ron Perretta has teamed up with icoat (Innovative Coatings) who has launched Street Smart, a new series of training modules designed to benefit collision repair professionals.

The first training module instructed by Perretta will be held at the icoat training facility in Windsor Ontario, June 16th and 17th 2015. The objective of the two day course is to provide a comprehensive knowledge of how to use KPI’s to establish a culture of continuous improvement in a simple form. Perretta says “I will show by keeping it simple and knowing what buttons to push will allow attendees to only have to watch certain KPI’s that will affect the entire process, keeping it simple causes it to stick”.

“We believe our Street Smart approach of working interdependently with our customers is key to our mutual success” says Wayne Brady, President of icoat. Who better to do the training then someone who does it and who is successful operating collision repair facilities for the last 35 years?

Class size is limited, so registration is encouraged. For more information or to register, please contact Wayne Brady at 519-791-6383 or via email to [email protected], or contact Charlie Bathurst at 519-330-2439.

Perretta, who has been operating collision repair facilities for thirty five years, understands the real issues to operating a successful operation. He’s been training and consulting the industry and business for the last sixteen years. In-store, classroom or phone coaching are available.
