PartsChannel said it has acquired Alliance Collision Parts LLC., a company based in Indianapolis, Ind., that distributes automobile collision replacement parts.

PartsChannel said it has acquired Alliance Collision Parts LLC., a company based in Indianapolis, Ind., that distributes automobile collision replacement parts. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Fred Koppold, Alliance Collision's general manager in Indianapolis, will continue to serve in the same capacity with PartsChannel.
