That means every one you come in contact at King Collision has been approved by your automobile’s manufacturer.”
Training is one part of the certification process. The facility itself must meet certain standards as it pertains to specialized equipment. Both King Collision Centers in Plymouth, Mass., and Pembroke, Mass., met all the specialized equipment requirements needed to receive the Factory Certified Collision Repair Facility designation from the aforementioned vehicle manufacturers, King said.
“Having all our people attain this designation gives our customers a level of comfort, confidence, and peace of mind knowing that their vehicle will be restored to pre-accident operation, safety and value by factory-trained technicians using their vehicle manufacturers approved equipment and procedures," King said.
