The merger marks Service King’s second in the Chicago area this year as the premier provider of collision repair services now extends services to customers at 14 convenient locations in the area. The deal, of which terms were not disclosed, officially closed February 27. Loro Auto Works operated a single location in Oak Park, Ill.
