Boesel and his wife Stacy own Alpine CARSTAR Auto Body in Aurora, Colo., and Jordan Road CARSTAR Collision in Centennial, Colo. They qualified for the award as a member of the Nationwide On Your Side Auto Repair Networksm program. The program recognizes facilities and their employees for their efforts to provide the best possible repair experience for customers.

Nationwide selected Boesel’s Jordan Road CARSTAR Collision shop for delivering superior results for Refer Shop, Kept Informed, and additional examples of outstanding customer service and engagement, based on customer feedback through AutocheX and AutoWatch.
The Boesel’s commitment to community involvement also contributed to their selection for the award, including:
- Work with Nationwide Insurance and Colorado State Patrol to repair cars for Bait Car program to help prevent auto theft.
- Participated in Recycled Rides program, repairing and provided vehicle to needy family.
- Hosts annual “Soaps it Up” car wash to raise funds for Make-A-Wish Foundation and local dance troupe.
- Ongoing donations from each vehicle repaired at shop donated to Make-A-Wish Foundation.
- Multiple “wishes granted” to individual Make-A-Wish teens through vehicle repair and repainting.
- Ongoing bi-monthly visits (by shop owners and employees) to Colorado Veterans Hospital to visit patients with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), bringing special meals and donating various needed items such as exercise mats, videos, board games, etc.
- Annual sponsor of South Metro Firefighters Foundation annual fundraiser for fallen firefighters.
- Annual sponsor of Racing for Hope cycling event to benefit brain injury victims.
- Annual sponsor of Junior Diabetes Foundation, Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and various local community support programs.
- Sponsor little league sports programs, local dance troupe and high school sports programs.
- Sponsor of various local car shows and various motorsports race cars. Host regular events as drop off center for food and supplies for needy families and work with local organizations for dispensing.
