H&V has stationed Toys for Tots collections boxes at all seven H&V locations. The H&V locations include Troy, Queensbury, Colonie, Saratoga, Kingston, Schenectady and Clifton Park. H&V has undertaken Toys for Tots collections in recent years. Customers and visitors are invited to make donations during the holidays at one of the seven H&V locations. “Holidays and Christmas are a time for sharing and giving. H&V Collision Center is proud to join with the Marines to help make Christmas brighter for some kids in the H&V service area,” said H&V’s Vartan Jerian Jr. The Toys for Tots 2016 collection is the latest in a long series of community donations by H&V. This past summer, H&V donated three cars to three veterans at a Tri-City ValleyCats minor league baseball game in Troy. The donations marked the 14th, 15th and 16th vehicles donated by H&V to veterans and families facing special challenges. H&V has been recognized for donations and support of veterans by veteran organizations in upstate in recent years. “We are proud to serve so many great customers in upstate New York, and H&V is equally proud to be able to give back and help deserving charities,” said Jerian. Founded 40 years ago, H&V has expanded from a two-man operation on Oakwood Avenue in Troy, to the largest independently-owned collision repair business in the Capital Region. H&V Collision Center now operates seven locations in the Capital Region and upstate, including locations in Troy, Queensbury, Saratoga, Colonie, Kingston, Schenectady and Clifton Park. H&V Collision Center was started in the early 1970s by Vartan Jerian Sr. H&V prides itself on customer service, and has earned a customer satisfaction ranking of over 97 percent. H&V supports many community and charitable organizations, and H&V’s community service was recognized in a December 2012 cover story in the national trade magazine Fender Bender. H&V also implemented new technology and practices to make its four locations more environmentally safe. H&V has also implemented modern management practices that reduced repair times and made its shops more efficient.
