April 21, 2015
The Boyd Group announced the opening of a new 7,300-square foot Gerber Collision & Glass location in Jacksonville, Fla.

The Boyd Group Inc. announced the opening of a collision repair center, located in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a new Gerber location with about 7,300 square feet of production space.

"This is our sixth center in Jacksonville and its presence in the south of the city positions us with locations in about every neighbourhood," said Tim O'Day, President and COO of the Boyd Group's U.S. operations. "This is important in a city as large as Jacksonville to ensure we are in close proximity to our customers and insurance partners."

"Since entering the Florida market three years ago, we are now the largest operator of auto body repair centers in the state with over 50 locations," Mr. O'Day added. "We are very pleased with our progress in Florida and look forward to introducing a new community to the Gerber brand of high quality service."

The Boyd Group is continuously looking to add new collision repair locations to its existing network in Canada and the U.S. Interested collision repair center owners are asked to contact Kim Allen at the contact coordinates below for more information.
