Colors on Parade hosts 2017 National Area Developer Conference in Raleigh, NC

Sept. 20, 2017
The Area Developer Conference will cover topics such as: New Operating Units Programs, Paint Programs, Franchise Sales, Recruitment, and the new CarLove Recon Advantage Program.

Colors On Parade is excited to be hosting their 2017 National Area Developer Conference in Raleigh, NC from September 29-30 2017. This conference is an enriching opportunity to gather employees who work in different areas throughout the world to come together once a year.

The conference will also be the first part of the process as Colors On Parade prepares to celebrate their 30th anniversary. Attendees will get a sneak peek at a new website, a logo and complete its brand refresh celebration of the milestone. For 30 years, Colors On Parade has been servicing all of the Carolinas and has grown out to over 300 locations, including two international locations to date. Holding the conference in Raleigh is significant for the company, as it has been one of the original locations for the entirety of the 30 years in business.

The Area Developer Conference will cover topics such as: New Operating Units Programs, Paint Programs, Franchise Sales, Recruitment, and the new CarLove Recon Advantage Program. There are expected to be 50 Area Developers and employees in attendance from across the United States.

As Colors celebrates their 30- year milestone, they are also creating jobs as they seek new employees in existing areas, as well as expanding territories for new franchises. It is projected that by the year 2020, there will be more than 75% of 30,000 technical jobs that are not filled.  As the automotive industry struggles at a nation-wide level with finding qualified technicians, Colors On Parade continues to value the importance of building personal relationships with trade and technical schools. With their partnership, Colors On Parade will be offering opportunities for scholarships and apprenticeship programs to graduating students.

“We feel humbled and lucky to be celebrating 30 successful years in business within the automotive industry” said Jeff Cox, President and CEO for Colors On Parade. “It has been an honor to learn more each year and continue expanding our business in new areas with an incredible team that also keeps growing.”

During the second day, the Area Developers will continue to learn about the industry, as well as recount and share ideas they have about the company as it continues to shift and flourish moving forward.

With more than 25 years of experience and 250 operating franchises across the U.S., Colors on Parade is consistently ranked by Entrepreneur magazine as one of the nation’s top automobile franchise systems. The company’s extensive training and certification process allows new franchisees to provide customer services safely onsite while using a specialized process.

Franchise opportunities still remain available throughout the United States. Information about franchising opportunities can be found at http://www.colorsonparade.com/franchise-opportunities/.
