Colors On Parade will be hosting their annual National Convention in Conway, S.C. at their corporate headquarters on March 29-April 1, 2019. This marks their 31st year in business, and will draw employees from across the country for the event.

Colors on Parade is one of the only national franchise corporate offices in the Horry County area, which provides training and jobs in over 30 states. The convention will serve as an end of the year celebration for 2018, as well as provide educational encounters for the Colors on Parade team. Colors on Parade uses eco-friendly technologies to provide mobile onsite auto repair services at any location including a client’s home or work. The services include the repair of paint scratches, scrapes, dents and dings, as well as offer paintless dent repair. Its customer base includes car dealerships, fleet owners, rental car agencies, body shops and individual vehicle owners.

The National Convention will begin with an Area Developer Conference followed by a welcome reception. The convention will draw over 200 team members to the Myrtle Beach area. Throughout the weekend there will be Tech Days to provide updated training and advanced tools for Area Developers and franchisees within the company. There will also be a dinner celebration at local music hall House of Blues. The convention will conclude with an awards dinner and Monday fun day to give employees the opportunity to enjoy the sights and activities with fellow colleagues in Myrtle Beach.

This year, Colors on Parade will also be partnering with local non-profit organization, Habitat for Humanity, as a part of their give-back initiative. Car repairs will be provided on-site prior to the convention for the home buyers from Habitat for Humanity whose vehicles require car services from COP technicians. The homebuyers will attend the convention on the last day for a ceremony and group lunch in order to receive their vehicles and meet the members of the team that completed their repairs.

“We look forward to hosting this year’s National Convention at our home office. The opportunity to teach new techniques and provide new tools to our franchisees and Area Developers will contribute to further success and growth of our team,” said Jeff Cox, President of Colors On Parade. “We look forward to more exponential growth in 2019 with new franchises consistently opening and expanding.”

Every three years the National Convention is held at the home office in order to bring our franchisees and Area Developers together to receive training that will further improve their trade as well as bring the success back where it all started. The conference includes generalized training and certifications, along with new software and technologies available from vendors.

GlasWeld, which is a glass repair and protection company and one of many partners that works with Colors on Parade, will be among the vendors attending the convention. Along with selling their glass kits to interested employees, two women franchisees from Colors on Parade will be receiving training for the GlasWeld initiative, “#WomenRockRepair.” This training serves as a platform to assist in establishing woman-owned small businesses and promote hiring of more female technicians within the glass repair industry. It is designed to inspire and support female technicians through competition scholarship, mentoring, and hands-on training as well as operational and business support for women interested in entering the field.

With more than 30 years of experience and 250 operating franchises across the U.S., Colors on Parade is consistently ranked by Entrepreneur magazine as one of the nation’s top automobile franchise systems. The company’s extensive training and certification process allows new franchisees to provide customer services safely onsite while using a specialized process.

Franchise opportunities remain available throughout the United States. Information about franchising opportunities can be found at http://www.colorsonparade.com/franchise-opportunities/.
