CARSTAR again ranked as one of the 200 largest US franchises

CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts has been named No. 112 on the Franchise Tiimes annual Top 200 ranking of the largest US franchises.
CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts has once again earned a spot in Franchise Times® annual Top 200™ ranking of the largest franchise systems in the U.S.  CARSTAR is now ranked 112 on the list, compared to a ranking of 117 in 2013.  The move up was due in part to increases in both sales and unit growth.

CARSTAR announced recently that its second quarter closed with the some of the industry’s highest same-store sales and it is looking ahead to record revenue for 2014.  CARSTAR finished the quarter with same stores sales up 12.5 percent over the previous quarter, and is on track to deliver more than $650 million in revenue for the year, a record for the company. 

In addition, CARSTAR was ranked the top collision repair franchise and was seventh on the list of top automotive franchises, a testament to its continued leadership in the collision repair industry.

CARSTAR’s proprietary EDGE performance system has helped many of its stores achieve the industry’s highest KPIs, a measure of performance and operational efficiency, and industry leading customer satisfaction.  Many of the

CARSTAR locations repeatedly have a Net Promoter Score (NPS) exceeding 90 percent - a full 10 points higher than the industry average of 79 percent. 

For 2013, CARSTAR generated $641 million in revenue, a record for the company, up from $603 million in 2012. CARSTAR ended the year with more than 430 locations across North America, adding more than 40 stores to the network in 2013.  It is the largest multi-shop operator (MSO) network in North America.

The Franchise Times Top 200 is an annual ranking of the 200 largest franchise systems in the U.S. by global system-wide sales, based on the previous year’s performance.
