Caliber Collision expands in Colorado with acquisition

Caliber Collision Centers has acquired Arthurs Auto Collision & Paint, Inc., which has three locations in Colorado.
Caliber Collision Centers, the largest collision repair company in the U.S., announced their continued expansion in Colorado with the acquisition of Arthurs Auto Collision & Paint, Inc. today.

Arthurs Collision has been an industry leader for the past ten years in Colorado and has three convenient locations within Colorado Springs and Falcon, Colorado.  Steve Grimshaw, Caliber Collision Chief Executive Officer announced, “The Arthurs Collision facilities and management team are perfectly aligned with our purpose, vision and mission by consistently delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction and industry-leading operational consistency in the Colorado Springs area for many years.  We are very excited to add these new members to the Caliber family.”
