Practical Production Processes (Wednesday, August 8, 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.) — This presentation will focus on if a vehicle is ready to be put into the repair process. Shoemaker will cover damage assessment, repair step sequencing, and the validity of those steps to create a positive workflow in the shop.
- Basics of Blueprinting (Thursday, August 9, 8:00 – 10:00 a.m.) — This class focuses on completing a damage appraisal and identifying all damage and other details that result in a final bill that best reflects all work performed. Shoemaker will also present this course at the upcoming SEMA 2018 show this fall.
CARSTAR will also be hosting Shoemaker at their NACE Automechanika booth on Thursday, August 9 at 11:00 a.m. to present "Essential Estimating for KPIs".
